VendareNetblue Changes Name to Connexus

Leading Online Performance Marketing Company Launches New Identity to Reflect Enhanced Capabilities and Product Offerings

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (April 17, 2007) – VendareNetblue today announced it has changed its name to Connexus Corporation.

“The new identity more accurately reflects the company’s stature as a premier provider of multi-channel online marketing solutions for advertisers and publishers seeking to connect with their target customers,” said Connexus Chair Linda Fayne Levinson. “We chose this name because it captures the essence of who we are - the nexus among advertisers, publishers and consumers. “

The company will unveil its new name and logo during ad:tech San Francisco, an interactive advertising technology conference that opens April 24 at the Moscone Center. The new navy blue and gray logo features a stylized “X” that visually communicates the concept behind Connexus. Along with the name change and new logo, the company has launched a new corporate website, www.connexuscorp.com.

The company was created by a merger between Vendare Media and Netblue in July 2006. At the time of the merger, the company announced it would operate under the name VendareNetblue until a new name was selected.

“Connexus will serve as the umbrella identity under which each of our current and future businesses will fit,” said Connexus Chief Executive Officer Art Shaw. “We believe it is a strong, descriptive name that will resonate with advertisers and publishers who seek a marketing platform that delivers scale, flexibility and performance.”

The company’s portfolio of industry-leading businesses – which include Traffic Marketplace, the Netblue Affiliate Network, eMarketMakers, and New.net – will continue their respective operations and retain their individual identities along with the corporate umbrella name.
