Vice President, Human Resources
Lynn Johnson serves Connexus as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Lynn provides strategic leadership and oversees the areas of HR Systems and Infrastructure, organizational development, corporate communications, compensation and benefits, employment and retention strategies, succession planning, employee incentive plans, oversight of executive compensation, performance management, development of employee skills, and all related HR Systems and Infrastructure. Lynn also oversees and directs the activities related to developing, implementing and evaluating human resources initiatives in the company’s dynamic, fast-paced, growing culture.
Lynn was formerly the Vice President, Human Resources for ValueClick, Inc. where she was responsible for the global function of Human Resources for over 1,200 global employees. Prior to ValueClick, Lynn was the Director of Human Resources for Homestore (now known as Move.com) where she was part of a team that grew the company from 85 employees to over 3,500 employees.
Lynn attended California State University, Northridge where she received her BS in Health Education.
